Hand Dyed Yarn

This is a 2oz , 3ply, sport weight, @150 yards  skein of yarn. 
100% wool from the crossbreed Leicester Longwool sheep in our flock. It has been spun at a local mill and hand dyed by me at the farm.
I use Greener Shades dye using citric acid as my mordant. 
This yarn is a little less dense and has a bit more memory than a 100% Leicester Longwool yarn. All of our crossbreed sheep are at least 50% Leicester Longwool, with the other half being BFL ,Cheviot, or Finn. The cross makes a lovely blend of the best of both breeds.
